Catering Policies

• Prices do not include 19% administrative fee.
• Prices do not include 8 3/4% NYS sales tax.
• All Prices are subject to change.
• Prices are based on your estimated count. If count drops below estimate, per person prices may be adjusted upward. If additional guests arrive, they will be served and invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
• Host is responsible for any venue fees associated with function.
• Host to provide all Alcohol, Wine, Beer & Champagne needed for function. Our professional staff will serve your alcoholic beverages (we have liquor liability insurance, not a NYS liquor license to purchase or re sell).
• Karen Goodman Catering LLC maintains the right to refuse service of alcohol to anyone who may jeopardize his or her safety or the safety of others.
• 25% non refundable deposit required to hold date.
• 50% additional deposit required 30 days prior to event.
• Final payment is due ‘5’ business days prior to function.
• Any additions to event after your final payment will be billed and are due within ‘5’ business days of invoice.
• Guest count to be given at least 5 days (120 hours) prior to function. If you have additional guests, please contact Karen.
